IFUN PARK wants to offer some guidelines for our customers, to help our clients to make a safe and sucessful playground.

General Safety Rules

  1. Parents or guardians must accompany their children at all times and ensure their safety. Children are not allowed to play alone.

  2. Children who do not meet the height or age requirements are prohibited from entering designated play areas or participating in specific activities.

  3. Parents should ensure that their children are in good health before entering the park. If a child feels unwell, please inform the staff immediately.

  4. Eating and drinking inside the play area are strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

  5. Parents should encourage their children to wash their hands frequently and avoid unnecessary physical contact to maintain good personal hygiene.

  6. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables, including shoes and personal belongings. Please keep your belongings secure.

  7. Children with heart disease, infectious diseases, mental disorders, or dementia are not allowed to enter the park to avoid potential risks to themselves and others.

  8. Parents must fulfill their supervisory responsibilities by closely monitoring their child’s behavior and emotional state to prevent accidents or unsafe actions.

  9. Infants under the age of 2 must wear diapers inside the park, and parents must provide full supervision to ensure their safety and hygiene.

Admission & Facility Safety

  1. All visitors must present a valid ticket or membership card for entry.

  2. The indoor playground operates within set business hours. Parents should plan their visit accordingly.

  3. All visitors must undergo a security check before entering to ensure that no hazardous items are brought inside.

  4. Park staff must undergo safety training and comply with all indoor playground safety regulations.

  5. All play equipment must meet national safety standards and obtain relevant safety certifications.

  6. Play facilities must undergo regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure reliability and safety.

  7. Visitors must follow the rules and safety instructions when using play equipment.

Special Reminders

  1. Please follow queuing rules and waiting procedures. Do not cut in line or compete for play equipment.

  2. Encourage children to respect public property by avoiding vandalism or graffiti.

  3. Treat other visitors and staff with respect to create a harmonious play environment.

Ocean Ball Pit Safety Rules

  1. The ball pit is generally suitable for children under 130 cm in height.

  2. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older who is capable of supervision.

  3. All visitors must remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the ball pit to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage to the play equipment.

  4. To avoid hygiene concerns and accidents, children wearing open-crotch pants are not allowed in the ball pit. If a child cannot manage bathroom needs independently, they are advised to wear diapers.

  5. Hard or sharp objects, such as toys, hair clips, or accessories, are not allowed inside to prevent injuries or damage to the balls.

  6. Children must keep their heads above the ball surface to allow parents and staff to monitor their condition and prevent accidents.

  7. Throwing balls at others or removing balls from the pit is strictly prohibited to prevent injuries and loss of equipment.

  8. Climbing or playing on the safety net is strictly forbidden to prevent falls and injuries. Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times.

  9. Jumping directly from elevated structures is not allowed. When using slides, ensure there are enough balls at the landing area to prevent injuries.

  10. Running, rough play, somersaults, and wrestling are strictly prohibited in the ball pit to prevent accidents.


Trampoline Area Safety Rules

  1. The trampoline area is suitable for individuals aged 3 to 45 in good health.

  2. Children under 5 years old or below a certain height must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  3. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian, who must sign a safety agreement before entry.

  4. Individuals who are intoxicated or have high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, or respiratory conditions are not allowed to enter.

  5. Pregnant women, individuals with previous arm or leg injuries, or those prone to dislocations are strictly prohibited from entering.

  6. All participants must complete a 10- to 15-minute warm-up session before entering. Special attention should be given to the ankles, waist, neck, wrists, and joints.

  7. Remove all jewelry, necklaces, earrings, glasses, hair clips, and other sharp objects before entering.

  8. Carrying fragile items, sharp objects, or any items that could cause injury is strictly prohibited.

  9. Only one person is allowed per trampoline surface at a time to prevent collisions and injuries.

  10. Running, jumping sideways, and performing dangerous stunts such as flips and spins are strictly prohibited.

  11. Sitting or lying down on the trampoline is not allowed. Visitors needing rest must use the designated resting area.

  12. Climbing the slides in the opposite direction or engaging in unsafe activities such as lifting or throwing others is strictly prohibited.


Building Block Area Safety Rules

  1. Entry to the building block area requires a valid same-day ticket and entry wristband.

  2. Before entering, visitors must cooperate with staff for wristband placement, handwashing, and temperature screening.

  3. To maintain cleanliness, visitors must remove their shoes and wear socks. Shoes should be stored in designated lockers, and visitors must keep track of their locker keys. The park is not responsible for lost items.

  4. Running, rough play, and throwing building blocks at others are strictly prohibited to prevent injuries.

  5. To keep the area clean, food and drinks are not allowed inside. Visitors may eat in the designated rest areas.

  6. Parents must supervise their children at all times to ensure their safety and prevent them from wandering off.

  7. In case of an emergency or if assistance is needed, please seek help from park staff immediately.

  8. Parents are responsible for securing their valuables. The park is not liable for lost or damaged items.

  9. While the park strives to provide a safe and hygienic environment, it is not responsible for accidents or personal losses caused by individual negligence.
